"Katie at the front desk was an absolute gem to work with! I came to volunteer for Humana Community Day at the Feeding Tampa Bay site and needed an early check in which she readily accommodated! The Hotel is very charming and quite on the inside. The bar area is a great spot to unwind and the bartenders are very friendly. The pool area is a vibe! I also liked the Cafe for breakfast. The room had a nice balcony that we did not utilize due to the heat but what can you do! The bodywash, shampoo and bodycream smells great and I believe you can purchase it as well. The location is very convenient for walking Ybor and all the shops, bars ect you’d like during your time there. The entire staff is very friendly and I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. My only complaint was the mattress was not that comfortable but maybe I’m just super picky!"

"Located in Ybor City, Café Quiquiriquí inside Hotel Haya is a fantastic spot for a quick meeting or a remote work session (recommend noise-cancelling headphones as it can get loud like Starbucks). The place is clean given that it’s in the hotel’s lobby. The coffee and food are outstanding—my latte and Cuban toast were spot-on! We went early around 8am, so the crowd wasn’t that busy. Best of all, Dashawn and Kaylee provided amazing service. Highly recommend!"
