"Stay and fall in love at the Waldorf Astoria. Great balcony views overlooking the city and the English garden very peaceful and private. Also very comfortable beds and pillows even for someone older with health issues . Loved the large rooms and live music great for special occasions . They’re team went above and beyond , for our milestone 25 anniversary especially Amelia at front desk and Sukra very thoughtful and caring. Also the team at Brassica great food and sinfully superb cocktails, they know what they are doing !! We were there for our 25 anniversary and wow did they make it beautiful by surprising us with a heartfelt note and room decor really loved it . We have been to other 5 star hotels in Atlanta and they are nice but the Waldorf Astoria can’t be beat ♥️ it has a level of professionalism and caring team that felt so personalized . I have only experienced that in Europe with high end hotels . This hotel is amazing super clean great spa and the team are the best . I will be going back every chance I’m in Atlanta. Love is in the air at the Waldorf Astoria 🧳♥️🫶🏽🫶🏽♥️♥️🎉🥳"

"Thanks to Megan Shaver for taking care of us in advance. We were thrilled with our room! We stayed in a luxurious junior balcony suite and were so impressed with the size of the room and bathroom. It truly did feel luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I appreciated all the closet and extra spaces for all our bags, etc. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, and room service - while we visited and all were fabulous. All the employees (from the valet to the reception to the spa staff) are kind and professional and all spaces were very clean. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror in the room. Inside the closet doors are two very slim mirrors but they don't do the trick to view our entire outfits!"

"I checked into the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta and after 3 hours sent this text message to my husband: “I finally found my favorite hotel in the USA”. He certainly was surprised by this message because it only took me 30 years of travel to say it. I’ve stayed in hundred of hotels, and have several that I like and visit often. This hotel is special. Let me tell you why. My Hilton status and upgrade happened without me asking for it, a day or two before my arrival. My room was stunning, clean, and beyond comfortable. The Spa experience truly relaxes. While exploring the hotel and dining options, I encountered an angel. Her name is Margaret. She connected with me in a magical way, showed me around including taking me to the garden area. We had an amazing conversation, so I chose to dine at the hotel. My server (Roshad) extended superb service. Even the Chef Keith came from the kitchen to ask guests how they were enjoying their dinners. I was asked if I was celebrating anything. I informed them that I was on a work trip and will be celebrating my birthday next week. At the end of my meal, Margaret and Roshad brought a slice of tiramisu cake with a candle. They said that they wanted me to start celebrating early…. Speechless! To summarize my experience: this team is clearly trained to work as ONE, deliver flawless experiences and works towards one goal, a delighted customer. All staff members, from valet, front desk, restaurant, turn down and spa are charming, professional and give good energy. Congratulations to the GM, HR and the Leadership of this hotel for forming this Fantastic Team! I will come and visit again and bring my family next time. Thank you!"
