"My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at this new (two years old) resort in the North Georgia pines. Our quiet room was designed in an upscale lodge style and had a stunning view of the Lookout Mountain Valley. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the resort. Service was excellent from the valet, front desk, servers and outdoor attendants (pool, patio, fire pits). We enjoyed a meat/cheese plate while enjoying our two free alcoholic drinks at the Pocket Cafe and a tasty breakfast at the Croft restaurant. We are outdoorsy people so we enjoyed the adjacent 1/2 mile trail through the Georgia pines three times during our stay. If you're looking for more activity, the resort has two 18-hole courses and a six-hole short course. The infinity edge pool is a popular gathering place with an adjoining Skyside open-air lounge that hops in the evening. A full-service spa is available also. This resort is worth the price."

"We’ve been here to golf before and loved it. The second time one of us wasn’t able to come and they ignored my message about canceling for a refund for them. BUT they messaged 2 hours later about a tip for the caddies. I was going to Venmo them when I got with my sons who played, they wouldn’t give me time. It was very unprofessional."

"I booked a business retreat for clients, many of whom were Jewish. I sent multiple emails confirming that our meals needed to be kosher. We were reserved many meals with pork and bacon. On top of this, their internal staff lost our credit card on file and six months later reached out to us about charges that made no sense and ended up charging $3000 without any explanation. The worst customer service of my life."

"This is a fantastic hotel. The resort is very modern and clean. Service is outstanding. The restaurant has excellent quality food for fair prices. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Only negative I hope the hotel considers is how expensive valet parking is especially if you want a multi night stay."
