"We recently stayed at the Thompson Savannah and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was incredibly impressed by how well the property honors elite benefits—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued. Complimentary parking and breakfast, waived resort fees, upgraded rooms, etc. Mikaela from front desk explained it to me. The hotel’s location is fantastic. It is situated in a remarkably quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat from the busier, noisier parts of the city, while still keeping us perfectly connected to everything Savannah has to offer. A massive highlight of our trip was the exceptional service, specifically from the two lovely Filipina staff members working at the front desk. They were so warm, welcoming, and hospitable. We ended up chatting with them, and they gave us a fantastic recommendation to visit Narra Tree, a local Filipino restaurant in the area that completely hit the spot. It's personal touches like this that make a stay memorable! The property amenities are also excellent. We took advantage of the complimentary hotel bicycles and had a great time riding them right along the scenic River Walk. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Finally, I have to give a shoutout to the valet team. The service was seamless, and vehicle retrieval was always incredibly prompt whenever we needed to head out. Overall, a beautiful property with a phenomenal staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"My husband and I had a lovel 4 night stay at The Thompson. Great room overlooking the river. Rooftop bar Julian is a great spot for cocktails, food and beautiful evening view! The staff was courteous and very helpful-especially Bernard, Parker and Zeke at the door. Located right on the Riverwalk for easy stroll in the morning and to hit the bars and restaurants on East River Street. They have free bikes to use and a car service. Will definitely come again!"
