"Was in Boston for business and decided to stay at this Four Seasons located in the heart of Back Bay near the Prudential Center. Normally, I like to stay at the FS on Boston Common but it was completely occupied for the month by the French national soccer team. The hotel is quite modern and has a triangular floor plate. Not many rooms per floor (16) and there is a small restaurant / bar on the first floor. It was called Our Little Secret and it is a pop up concept from Mexico City. There is also a Japanese restaurant called Zuma on the 2nd floor. The remaining restaurant was closed pending reopening as a French restaurant. Long story short don’t expect much at the hotel and go enjoy Boston’s great food scene. The rooms are comfortable modern and nicely appointed. They have a nice pool and fitness room here also. I’m a big fan of Four Seasons beds and these at some Dalton did not disappoint. The staff (particularly the bellmen and valets) were super friendly and helpful. There is a hotel car to take you around to dinner shopping appointments etc. it’s available only Tuesday to Saturday though. This is a solid FS. I would stay here again."

"The room itself/hard product is fine. Solid rooms, pool, etc. However, the service here is extremely disappointing. We arrived after a long travel day after 11 pm and the front desk check in process was a disaster. They weren’t accommodating at all. Has us waiting a long time. Even after expressing our disappointment, I thought they’d try to make things right. Not at all. Also, someone entered our room without knocking while we were in it. We have one night left and I’m majorly wishing we stayed elsewhere. Four seasons is usually known for its great service, which is why I’m attracted to the brand, but this location leaves much to be desired. I recommend looking else where if you value good service."

"My six year old son and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay during his February school vacation week. We felt very welcomed by the friendly staff and our room was ready on time, clean and luxuriously comfortable. My son especially loved his kid-sized robe & slippers and complimentary Four Seasons stuffed puppy. I appreciated the soundproof room and quality linens and toiletries. We both enjoyed the lovely indoor pool and A+ room service. The location is great for shopping, access to the MBTA and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Being at the 3rd four seasons we’ve ever been to, I could tell you that our group and our pup had the time of our lives. I also wanna talk about the dog traits provided by The Four Seasons. We spent a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at while we were there, my dog, Annie was given, from Neoteric brands, peanut butter and blueberry dog treats. My dog is a very poor eater because she’s a rescue. These are the first treats in a long time that she absolutely loved. I ordered these traits from the source because it is so hard to find something that she loves. I think you and The Four Seasons for this wonderful trip."
