"Hotel pros: Fantastic rooms with sweeping views from a wall of windows (16th floor); spacious room overall, great mattress, coffee maker in-room, 3rd floor breakfast buffet had several hot options, reasonable price ($25) for what was offered Yes, I understand that "terrible valet" sounds like an overstatement. It's not. Cons: Yes, other reviews mention nearby lots to self-park, but we were traveling with my 90-year old parents, so valet was the only choice. There was rarely anyone at the valet stand, because they usually had only one person working. So if that person was getting someone else's car, you had to wait until they got back to get yours. This was over the weekend, so I'm guessing mid-week is even worse. The MINIMUM wait time we experienced was 20 minutes, and that was after submitting the request online. A couple next to us complained to the front desk that they had been waiting 30 minutes, and their response was "sorry'. Heaven forbid you were running late for an event or the airport. And charging $67/day is totally outrageous. The topper was the time it came back smelling like weed, which I have no problem with, unless you are working and making my car smell like smoke. The hotel bar was okay, pretty empty and no ambiance. The one time we used it, we were charged for 2 bottles of wine instead of 2 glasses. I had to point it out (did they really think 2 glasses of wine cost $96?) and they said "oh, let me fix that" but offered no apology. Overall a great room in a very "okay" hotel. Next time I'll stay elsewhere"

"I had a nice corner room. It had a lot of windows and thus natural light came in aplenty! The restaurant in the third floor is lovely. I love the patio overlooking the inner courtyard. It felt so open and spacious. The server Jan was so nice and accommodating. The lobby and bar and the staff are great. I’ll stay here again! The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis. You can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, stadium, etc. The areas in the facility are clean and well maintained."

"Sept 2025 stay. Great hotel. Enjoyed the lobby/lounge area with a group of friends. Rooms were newly renovated/updated. Mattresses were great. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again...highly recommend for business or family say!"

"After a long day of driving we had a challenge finding the right parking garage to hotel and called front desk. Tatiana was so patient and nice and stayed on the phone with us until we found it. When we met her she continued to have a great attitude and make us feel so at ease. Check in was simple and we had a good nights rest. Beds and pillows were great, haven’t slept that well in months."
