"Stayed here for one night for business. Really impressed with the location and quality of hotel. Very quiet, large rooms, comfy beds. Enjoyed the bar downstairs. Very friendly staff. Only small issue, the shower is new and beautiful, but not totally intuitive."

"I booked this hotel for a birthday staycation for a guy I’m dating, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Sam went above and beyond by upgrading the room I had reserved to an incredible suite. It completely elevated the celebration and made his birthday feel extra special. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We also had an amazing dinner at Dynamite Woodfire Grill hotel restaurant — everything was delicious — and the Catalyst cocktail lounge had such a cool atmosphere with fantastic drinks. "We booked an overnight stay in Omaha and were fortunate to get the penthouse. The staff was beyond impressive, very hospitable and went out of their way to take very good care of us. The room was very luxurious, the finishes were very nice and the view of the park was perfect. Thank you staff!!"

"I stayed here one night when my flight home was cancelled. There is massive construction on the street in front of the hotel. No one was at the door to greet me. I have titanium status but wasn't given an upgrade, only asked if I preferred a high floor. I was not recognized as a Bonvoy member either. The standard room is nice. I was not told about breakfast benefits or given clear directions about self parking. Learned later that it's separate from the hotel. Overall I did not feel welcomed, maybe I came on an off day but definitely had a very different experience from what everyone raved about here. I had such high expectations! Not sure I'll stay here again. I'm staying at another Autograph hotel in March, hoping for a better experience."

"Wow! What an amazing hotel! From the moment you drive up, you are greeted with a smile and help getting your bags out of your car. Check in was easy with more smiles and professional hospitality. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with floor to ceiling windows. It was truly spectacular and so clean! Every time we entered or exited the hotel, someone was there to open doors and greet us. We ate breakfast both mornings in the restaurant, and the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. There is a coffee shop that also has great service and great drinks. The elevator system in this hotel is unique, but in a wonderful way. It is so efficient and just plain cool. I have traveled the world and have yet to see an elevator like this. This downtown area of Omaha is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. We felt safe everywhere we went. I have been blessed to stay in some amazing and beautiful hotels and resorts throughout the world, and I may have found one of my all-time top 5 choices right in Omaha. The Farnam excels at customer service, and this autograph hotel is simply stunning."
