"Check in took a long time even though I had filled out the pre registration stuff they sent. Room, furnishings, and toiletries were amazing. Loved it all, very thoughtfully curated and high quality. Very clean. Food at the restaurant was just good, not great. This was one of the biggest disappointments. Food was not special. Service during dinner was great, service during breakfast was awful. I saw some kids making smores at the fireplace but I did not know if it was a private thing or for all guests. No one told us anything even though we had my daughter with us. I did not try any of the amenities."

"I have always enjoyed visiting Wildflower Farms. I live nearby, so instead of staying overnight, my daughter and I often book spa services and pay the additional fee to use the resort facilities for the day. It is not inexpensive, but we have always felt it was worth it. On our most recent visit, we were relaxing by the outdoor pool. Including us, there were only about five people there. An employee came over and told us we had to leave immediately. The way it was handled was abrupt, condescending, and frankly humiliating. I also frequent your Napa resort when I’m in California. While I stay overnight there because I’m traveling, I’ve seen firsthand that guests can purchase day passes to enjoy the facilities. I was excited when Wildflower Farms opened because I expected the same welcoming experience closer to home. Instead, we were treated as though we didn’t belong. After spending thousands of dollars at your resorts over the years, I found the experience incredibly disappointing. I love the property, but I will not be treated with disrespect. Unless this approach changes, I will no longer visit either Wildflower Farms or your Napa resort. There are many wonderful resorts to choose from, and exceptional customer service should be part of the experience. Shame on you for the way this situation was handled."

"Amazing location and serene environment! The cottages were secluded and beautifully decorated! Pool was a delight. Would recommend to all, just be cognizant if large events such as weddings are going on. I’d pick a different time to go if you are looking for full relaxation. Food was good and service was phenomenal."

"First time at WF and we will definitely be back. The place is gorgeous, the staff takes great care of guests, and the restaurant is top notch, especially the wine list. There are lots of activities, including hiking paths, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and a spa (which we didn't take advantage of this time)."
