"During our drive to New York City, my partner and I decided to stay at Hotel LeVeque, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful, especially with the overwhelming amount of luggage we were traveling with. Everyone made the experience feel effortless and warm. We stayed in Suite 707, and the room was absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail throughout the suite was stunning, and one of my favorite touches was the constellation design above the bed that you could lay there and gaze at in the evening. It made the room feel unique and memorable. The shower was fantastic, the towels were soft and luxurious, and the entire hotel had such an elegant atmosphere while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. We also had dinner at The Keep and it was exceptional. The food was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious from start to finish. Wonderful location, beautiful ambiance, and an experience we will genuinely remember. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This hotel is a gem. TT was the first friendly face of the valet , followed by a warm welcome by Kwanele and Yordi at the front desk. Kwanele provided a little history of the hotel and made sure I knew about the star machine in my room. It projects the night sky in the ceiling of the room. That was a first and very cool. The bathrooms are tastefully done and very clean. I enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the hotel and the jazz music playing in the lobby . Most importantly , every employee working in hospitality, housekeeping , valet, front desk - are genuinely smiling, happy and asking how my stay is . It’s nice to observe as a business traveler because it makes me more confident about the quality of the hotel . I will definitely return for my next work trip."

"Extremely disappointing hotel and management. Housekeeping discarded my dental retainer and front desk staff confirmed full compensation that evening, only to walk it back the next morning, in a hostile manner no less. Management continues to deny their role. Other members of my team who stay here have had similar experiences, including charges for minibar when not using and unprofessional interactions with management."

The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the location downtown made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. One of the highlights of my visit was the excellent service from Tavi at valet. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Columbus."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The service throughout the hotel was also excellent. Our highlight was Tavi at valet was especially helpful—friendly, efficient, and made both arrival and departure really smooth. It’s clear he genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make a great first and last impression for guest. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!"
