"Hotel location was a perfect spot in Bricktown. Walkable to just about everything in the neighborhood and right on the light rail line. Staff was courteous and helpful. On-site restaurant and bars were very good. Fitness facility was kept up and had towels and water. I enjoyed having drinks and snacks available in my room for purchase as it was no difference in cost than most Hilton pantries."

"Terrible hotel! Spent 1 night for a cheer competition and accidentally left 2 items in the closet. We called not even an hour after we checked out and our items have mysteriously disappeared. They claim they can't do anything and acted like we were crazy for being upset their staff stole our items. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"The Colcord is really nice and reasonably priced. Our Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable and had a real bathroom door. There was a refrigerator and a nice little pod-based espresso machine (think Nespresso) . There is no microwave in the room, but when I called down to ask if there was one around they sent one up to the room. Breakfast at Flint (the onsite restaurant) was very good but don’t book your room with the breakfast option. I did, thinking it might be cheaper or more convenient than paying at the restaurant. It was actually a bit of a hassle and I ended up spending more than if I’d just paid at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and professional and the location is really convenient with a streetcar stop across the street. Our only issue was a mistake on the bill which they fixed when I called about it the next day."
