"I had such a fantastic time in Philadelphia because of the amazing team at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. "We booked the trip on Expedia for my nieces birthday and came to celebrate in Philly, when we got here everyone at the front desk was very nice. We are from out of town and wanted to have a good night in the city, my nieces room was great but mine and my wife’s room we found out that the ac was not working, we let the front desk know and they had someone come to look at it. It was indeed broken however they offered to move us but due to us only staying one night and it being late we just declined and they got us a fan to move the air around in the room, they let us know that they would cover our breakfast this morning at their tavern. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. When we went to check out we found out that they would cover our room as well, the staff was very friendly and atmosphere was amazing, one of the mangers Ashley and Shamera were very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend you come to stay if you are ever in the area."
