The property, part of the Philadelphia-based hospitality group that pioneered the extended-stay apartment-hotel hybrid across several Center City buildings, converts the upper floors into furnished apartments ranging from studios to multi-bedroom suites, each designed with the conviction that travelers staying more than a night or two deserve a kitchen and a dining table rather than a minibar and a desk.
