"While the building was beautiful and restoration of the building was impeccable. The service was a mixed bag. Check in process was awkward. We were informed of services/amenities that were missed by the time of our arrival and one night stay. We were also told we were upgraded only for her to backpedal after saying it. Asked for a late check out for 1:30, was told it was $50. The hotel charges a destination fee and what it includes is either laughable or insulting. One of the perks was two water bottles in the room. We noticed the Voss for $10 and later noticed the ‘free’ water and it was good ol nestle that costs $4 a case. WiFi/Internet is also included and it was as fast as dial up. We made it to the lobby bar for a night cap. We were there at least ten minutes prior to close and as soon as we walked up we were met with ‘wine and beer only. No cocktails’. Talk about stellar service. All in all, we’ll likely be back if the price is right but being a loyalist to another brand that has a larger footprint and actually gives their customers actual amenities for a bogus destination charge will likely be the path taken."

"We were in town for a show at The Ryman and it was the perfect location, as it was a short easy walk to the venue. Rooms are pretty standard, bed was very comfortable. Fitness center was also nice. Best part of our stay was our time in the bar with Micah who took great care of us, offered excellent recommendations for stuff to see and do. Breakfast was very good, fast, attentive service and very generous portions. Would definitely stay here again."

"The facility was beautiful. Art deco inspired and free happy hour drinks offered at 4:00 pm every day. The location of the hotel is close enough to Broadway to easily walk without being directly on the strip. The rooms were well kept and comfortable but offered limited storage for clothing. Additionally, the barn style doors to the bathroom added to the aesthetic but did not allow for adequate privacy. The small shallow pool on the roof provided a great way to cool off after a hot day and was a popular and crowded area for many of the guests."

"Talk about pricy…259 a night… then they add 30.00 a day for room service. Listen to this… they only have valet parking next door. I did not even ask the cost. Big mistake… my car was there a total of 38 hrs… 151.00!!!! Never again will I stay there for a hard bed too. The pool water was cloudy also."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very nice and the lobby bar makes some very good espresso martinis. The valet service was great and Wyatt and William were fantastic and very helpful."
