"The Joseph Hotel in Nashville is really an amazing and affordable compared to any other 5 star hotels around the world. They offer first class service every time I come. I’ve began coming to the Joseph hotel once they one a few years ago and I’ve never had a single complaint. This year alone I’ve been to Nashville at least 6 times and I in this hotel every time. They have a perfect rooftop bar that offers a luxury and exotic atmosphere that makes you forget you’re even in Nashville compared to the trips I’ve taken to different islands in the world. The roof top bar reminds me of the Bermuda island, Jamaica, Cancun, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. They have pool, a bar, a sitting area inside and out and also a couch coverage. Every time I drive up to the entrance door the valet staff is awaiting my arrival and ready to open the door and be the first to welcome you to the hotel. It’s amazing how everyone communicates so clearly and effectively. I feel like family every time I stay. Special thanks to Kayla Walker (Bartender at the roof top bar) for exceptional service beyond measure! Special thanks to Ali Albaldawi for escorting and giving a tour of the room and providing excellent customer service Special Thanks to Delphine Coadic for providing an exceptional service at Yolan the luxury restaurant in the hotel. Special thanks to the waiter Jan Lee for a wonderful experience and very knowledgeable when eating at the luxury restaurant in the Joseph Hotel. The welcome team at the restaurant inside the hotel were extremely exceptional as well. I will be booking another stay with the Joseph hotel and I know that I’m going to be treated like family when I walk through those doors. "We stayed at The Joseph for a sister trip and it was amazing. The location was a ten minute walk from Broadway. The hotel itself was impeccable and everything was so clean. The beds were so comfortable . Hotel front desk was friendly and accommodating. Drew and Parker were kind and attentive. They were always ready to help and knew what we needed before we even knew what we needed! Highly recommend!"
