"Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, valued, and right at home. Our first interaction was with Ryan at the Front Desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly and personally walked us to our room. Javier, the Front Desk Supervisor, was equally attentive. When we needed to make a quick trip to the drug store, he immediately offered to help and even offered us a ride in the hotel car. That level of genuine hospitality was so appreciated. Dulia at Powder was fantastic—warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating of our special requests. Cody, the concierge, provided wonderful tips and recommendations for enjoying everything Park City has to offer. Kristen in Reservations was also exceptionally nice and helpful. We also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience, where everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, and it was especially impressive to see the General Manager himself out at valet greeting guests. That personal touch says a lot about the culture of the hotel. The grounds were beautifully manicured and impeccably maintained, and our room was an absolute delight. The full kitchen and spacious bathroom made the accommodations feel comfortable and truly like a home away from home. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The service, attention to detail, beautiful property, and wonderful team made this a memorable experience. We are already making plans to return next year—not only to enjoy this exceptional hotel again, but also to experience more of everything Park City has to offer. "We just finished an incredible five-night stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City, and it was easily one of our favorite Hilton stays to date. We booked entirely on points as Hilton Diamond members, and from the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel incredibly valued. McKenzie was fantastic during the check-in process and went above and beyond for us, including upgrading our family well beyond the standard room we had booked. It was an amazing way to start the trip and a great example of Diamond recognition done right. Oscar was wonderful as well and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Another Diamond benefit we really appreciated was the $50 per day food and beverage credit, which could be used toward food throughout the property. We loved having the flexibility to use it at places like the coffee bar, Powder, and room service rather than having it limited to a specific breakfast offering. Over a five-night stay, it was a meaningful benefit and added a lot of value to an already fantastic points redemption. What really stood out, though, was how consistently excellent the entire staff was. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, especially with our young kids. The staff at the coffee bar and Powder restaurant were fantastic, valet was always extremely quick, housekeeping did an excellent job, and room service was consistently great. The food throughout the property was also excellent. The property itself is beautiful and feels luxurious without being stuffy. We loved the Aesop bath products, the quality and spaciousness of our residence, and all of the little touches throughout the stay. The evening s’mores were a huge hit with our family and exactly the kind of detail that makes a resort memorable. The location was also perfect for a summer Park City trip. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do, and being so close to Canyons Golf was a major plus — the views on the course were incredible. After five nights, it was honestly difficult to leave. What impressed us most was that there wasn’t just one standout employee or experience — the service was excellent across the board for the entire stay. As frequent Hilton guests and Diamond members, this is exactly the type of experience that makes us want to return to a property. We would absolutely come back to Waldorf Astoria Park City and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, especially to families. A fantastic property with an even better staff. "Room was comfortable and the staff was in general friendly and professional. You could feel the shades on past of glory, but the hotel was understaffed and maintenance was being deferred with paint clearly peeling on the exterior. The outdoor areas had had all the cushions removed outside of the "cabanas" which seemed like an afterthought to raise extra revenue. We were going to eat by the pool on Saturday, but an order of steak tacos was $61 dollars after mandatory 20% service charge, 20% gratuity and tax. The comfy lounge chairs in the old pictures had been replaced by standard 3-star loungers with towels placed on over them. It gave the vibe of Holiday Inn pool with $40 dollars drinks and $60 dollar tacos. I personally find this unappealing. We ordered room service on Saturday and it took a little over an 1 hour and 1/2 to arrive brought by a woman who was clearly not trained do the job. Our very pleasant front-desk employee who checked us in on Friday night was moonlighting as the bell captain on Sunday, which seemed to illustrate how understaffed the hotel was."

"Really hit or miss here, and I think that’s more of an extension of needing to use visa employees that obviously were not fully trained: check in was a bit messy and every pool experience was too. They constantly debated over available chairs when all we wanted was to sit down anywhere and get into the pool. The pool itself was the biggest issue - two days it was like a hot tub when it was plus 90 degrees outside. The next day it was magically refreshing like the engineer who cared came back from their two days off. One night at powder we had the best service ever from the blond lady (forget her name) but she is an absolute star. Otherwise the room was comfortable and spacious though had an odd mothball smell. We did forget a lot of clothes and they had them all bagged and ready for pickup - appreciate the lost and found honesty. All in all I expect more form a Waldorf, staying at the one in nyc and Orlando it was relatively the same hit or miss experience and I think speaks more to Hilton just being lower in quality in general to Marriott with there premium brands."

"One of the best stays we've had anywhere. Management clearly directs staff to take great due care of customer desires. Pool kept warm for evening swims. Throughout our stay staff would ask us if we desired this or that-all without our request. Many highlight given how great the entire staff is, Oscar, Stacie, Bryan, Nathalie, Anna all went above and beyond for us. Great pool and hot tubs w a sauna. Worldclass rooms with Mahogney accents and Viking appliances. We'll certainly be back."
