"One of the best stays we've had anywhere. Management clearly directs staff to take great due care of customer desires. Pool kept warm for evening swims. Throughout our stay staff would ask us if we desired this or that-all without our request. Many highlight given how great the entire staff is, Oscar, Stacie, Bryan, Nathalie, Anna all went above and beyond for us. Great pool and hot tubs w a sauna. Worldclass rooms with Mahogney accents and Viking appliances. We'll certainly be back."

"My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City over the Fourth of July weekend. From the moment we began planning our trip, we experienced the exceptional hospitality that defines this property. This was our first time driving from California to Park City, and Concierge Dallin Calvert was incredibly helpful over the phone before our visit. He took the time to help us coordinate our drive, answer our questions, and make sure we felt prepared for our arrival, which made the journey feel much easier and more enjoyable. Dallin was truly outstanding. He genuinely cares about guests and their families, and it was clear from every interaction that he wanted to make our experience special. He went above and beyond to make sure our son was happy, excited, and looking forward to the trip. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and personal attention made a lasting impression on our family and set the tone for the incredible hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and their attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. Our accommodations were spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time as a family. This was our very first visit to Park City, and the Waldorf Astoria made it an unforgettable experience. The hotel planned an entire weekend of activities for families and guests of all ages, creating a festive atmosphere that perfectly celebrated the Fourth of July. Everything was exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully executed. We especially enjoyed the patriotic face painting, the unforgettable visit from a majestic bald eagle, and the many family-friendly activities that made the holiday weekend feel truly special. We loved the Fourth of July Ice Cream Social, where guests were treated to complimentary ice cream in a festive setting that brought everyone together. My son also loves Bomb Pops, and to our surprise, the hotel offered them poolside as a complimentary treat. It was such a nostalgic and thoughtful surprise on a warm Fourth of July summer day. Each evening, we looked forward to making s’mores by the fire pits. The hotel provided beautifully packaged complimentary gourmet s’mores kits with everything we needed, featuring delicious house-made marshmallows in three different flavors. It was such a thoughtful and elevated take on a classic family tradition. What truly made our stay special were the personal touches. The team surprised my young son with an adorable moose teddy bear, a gesture that absolutely made his day and is something he’ll cherish for years to come. It’s these thoughtful moments, along with the genuine care shown by every team member, that set this hotel apart and make guests feel truly valued. Every aspect of our stay reflected the exceptional service, luxury, and hospitality that the Waldorf Astoria is known for. Thank you to Dallin and the entire team for making our first visit to Park City so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. "The customer service is what made this a 5-star stay. A huge thank you to Ryan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. He was genuinely kind, proactive, and made us feel incredibly welcome. He's truly a special guy and the kind of employee every hotel hopes to have. Bruna at the pool was equally fantastic. She was warm, friendly, and always happy to help with guest requests. Her positive attitude and willingness to accommodate everyone did not go unnoticed. Without those two, my overall impression of the property would have been different. The hotel itself feels a bit older and more dated than what I'd expect from a Waldorf. If you're expecting the classic luxury Waldorf experience, it's worth setting your expectations accordingly. There's also not a ton to do on the property, only one restaurant, and the surrounding area is fairly quiet. None of these were deal breakers, but they're good things to know before booking. That said, the outstanding service from Ryan and Bruna completely elevated our experience and is the reason I'm giving this stay 5 stars. Beautiful scenery overall in Park City and the surrounding areas!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience at this property. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by an attentive staff. Dallin and the entire team at the front went above and beyond for us. We received a diamond upgrade to a gorgeous spacious suite. We were there celebrating my birthday and when we returned to room after a long day of hiking there was a special birthday dessert left waiting for us! Honestly can’t say enough! The valet staff was excellent. Plenty of dining options within walking distance in Canyons Village or a quick shuttle ride away downtown Park City. Stunning location with many trailheads close by. We had breakfast at Powder both mornings and it was delicious. . Spent a couple of hours relaxing by the pool and the staff is very attentive! I highly recommend this property!"
