"No service of any kind! No valet! No room service! No customer service! No housekeeping! No one answers the phone. Could only get through to the restaurant who said they would ask the front desk to call us.. no one did! And no drawers anywhere! And we had a deluxe room! Poor water pressure from all faucets. Had a reservation for our return leg to Seattle. We cancelled."

"Location is great. You can walk to all the major to the tourist spots from here. The rooms themselves are pretty small. The biggest downside is that there is absolutely no insulation in between the walls. And so you can hear everyone’s conversation next-door. The First Night. I had to listen to the couple next-door. Have sex and everyone’s conversation in the hallway. I’m usually not a light sleeper and have no issues. Falling asleep but the loud noise. Every time people open their doors and had conversations outside. My door was extremely distracting and prevented me from getting good sleep. The bed and bathroom was cleaned out every day, which I really appreciated. There was fresh tiles weeding every single day, which I also appreciated. The parking range is very high and suggest people park in the next-door parking structure, or use advance reservation applications on their phone to reserve parking. The front desk staff was pretty easy. And nice when I checked in and checked out. No complaints there. The elevator is pretty small and looks like those old vintage elevators that had a attendance. Aesthetically the hotel is cute, but I don’t know that I would stay there again because of the noise issue."
