"Fantastic summer stay with the kids. The service was absolutely amazing (even the valet guys would greet you with your name) and the food is excellent (especially Chophouse but even the pool food as well as drinks was great). It is not the newest property at this point but it is well maintained (and the room service so good!!). It’s an excellent base to explore the National Park and for many other activities. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly."

"Wonderful experience! We stayed on the residence side of the resort. Clean property. So well maintained. Staff was very welcoming and had several treats waiting for us in our dining room area. The staff also made our 3 kids stay extra special in several ways. I also enjoyed a couple spa services. Very relaxing. Hope to be back."

"We stayed at Four Seasons Jackson Hole during the summer with our family and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent and makes a great base for exploring the area. While the rooms are beginning to show their age, that didn't bother us much. It felt fairly typical for a ski resort property, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Service throughout our stay was consistently warm and professional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially impressed by the family-friendly touches. While there isn't a kids club, the hotel offered several thoughtful activities that our children enjoyed, including a scavenger hunt that was a big hit with our 4-year-old. They also had board games available to borrow, which was a nice option for downtime. The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, and service in the restaurants was excellent. We also enjoyed the pool area, which had a relaxed atmosphere and fun extras like evening s'mores that added to the experience. The fire pits are also very nice. We also enjoyed renting bikes through the hotel. It was convenient and a great way to explore the surrounding area. While this may not be the luxurious Four Seasons property we've visited, it excels where it matters most: location, service, family-friendly amenities, and overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on a future trip to Jackson Hole."

"Great hotel, beautiful area, perfect location. We enjoyed the back end of a ski season at this Four Seasons. The ski in, ski out aspect was great and the hotel was very attentive to taking care of 'ski things'. In case you forget something (like underwear), there are plenty of shops in the village. You can rent from some of those same shops, or rent directly from Four Seasons. It seems like the FS rentals were slightly nicer. Even with lack of snow, the views were breathtaking. Sitting on the patio at night with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the mountains was incredible. Austin did a tremendous job of taking care of us and carrying on great conversation. Spa and restaurant were great, and you are close enough to Jackson for shopping and other dining establishments. This Four Seasons is a little less hoity toity than others, but it has the laid back mountain vibe that makes it unique."

"The pros: 1. Location can't be beat. You exit and you've got immediate access to the lifts and gondolas. 2. The ski staff was excellent at selecting rental skis. If you're a renter, you're in good hands. High quality and the right fit for each skier. 3. 80 Proof - their speakeasy. It's "kind of" hidden and has phenomenal atmosphere. Our bartender wrote the menu and was incredible. A really fun experience; just top notch. 4. Gym is great. Plenty of equipment and even little bonuses like protein powder available. 5. Sustainability seems pretty decent. The staff assured me that they do recycle there, which is great if true. They also provide refillable aluminum bottles of water and water refill stations throughout. There's still a lot of plastic for take-out from the restaurants, which seemed unavoidable. The middles: 1. The spa is absolutely excellent for massage (get Socorro if you can - she is fabulous), however, it's pricey and check your bill when you leave as we had a few over charges/mistakes. They also have a schedule of classes and none actually occurred as scheduled while we were there, so that was a bit of a bummer. 2. Hot tubs and pool are ok, but only ok for the level of hotel this is and there are a LOT of children. Kids play in the hot tubs and leave toys there and so on. If you're there with your kids, this is fine. If you're adults only groups, this might be less endearing. 3. Housekeeping is hit or miss. When they're good, they're really good and the pillow menu is great. However, we had some days where the cleaners were loudly yelling and talking over us while we were there and that was a little off-putting and they also used a room fragrance scent they sprayed on everything from towels to the bed a little too liberally and gave one family member with sensitive skin a flare of eczema. 4. The ski valet was also hit or miss. When they offer to help, they're great, but we rarely received any offers of help and a few times, they were affirmatively rude, pushing and rushing to get past guests. They're great at selecting ski rentals, though. Good expertise and knowledge. The Cons 1. As above - sometimes inconsistent service. 2. We had a tough time at one of the restaurants, Steadfire, in terms of mistakes being made on almost all the food orders we placed with them. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, just make sure you double check everything there. After one event, we spoke to the manager and he was courteous and helpful, however, the mistakes kept continuing. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for restaurants there. The only others are more light fare with reduced hours or drinks and apps."
