"This is a weak 4. It’s a nice hotel with good, friendly staff. The breakfast is very good too with a wide variety of foods. And ample seating. There are a few caveats however. The only dinner restaurant is the one poolside where thumping music prevails. All the time. The food was at best good not excellent. Also this hotel is across the street from the beach but there is no public access . Rather one has to pay a very small fee to enter some sort of facility. During our stay there was an issue with one of the lavatory’s which was under repair for a portion of the time. But the wait wasn’t all that long. There are a few restaurants nearby with one seafood place that was very good .as well as a place featuring stree"

"Unfortunateky due to travel restrictions,we had to cancel our reservation.when booking we did not take out cancelation policy The hotel responded to my email and although "Hotels.com & Expedia made it a real challenge .with good will and decency of the hotel a refund was on obtained .We will bd booking again next year .thanks"

"We booked our 5 day stay in Da Nang with Voco Ma Belle through IHG directly. A day before our arrival, the hotel reached out to us directly via WhatsApp to welcome us - we were able to get a price sheet for transportation arrangements and booked an airport pickup to take us to the hotel. That part was easy and convenient; the price of the transportation was added to our room charge upon check-in. Check-in was easy and our luggage was brought up to our room. Da Nang was our home base as we made day trips out to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An - hotel concierge Henry helped us with booking tickets to Ba Na Hills and private transportation set up. Henry went above and beyond. He provided recommendations on local dishes to try and tips on how to navigate price haggling at Cho Han and Cho Con as a foreigner. On days Henry was not working, we received the same great service from hotel concierge Patrick. The infinity pool at the hotel had the backdrop of the Da Nang coast and was absolutely gorgeous. We booked a King Deluxe Sea View - on clear days, we can see the Lady Buddha statue from our balcony. One thing to note for anyone booking a room with someone you are not comfortable using the sink/shower while your party is utilizing the toilet: the room layout has the shower and toilet conjoined in the same room with the vanity sink. The shower has clear walls and is visible from the bed; however, there are privacy screens for the shower that can be lowered. There is a beach directly across from the hotel and plenty of restaurants/cafes accessible within a short walk from the hotel."
